Including Course Order, Group Rules, Prohibited Conduct, and Intellectual Property Protection

This Agreement is an important document regarding learning order, course usage, group interaction, and prohibited conduct for Bai Yin Qigong students before participating in courses, group practice sessions, revision sessions, skill assessments, assisted practice sessions, lectures, activities, online learning platforms, and student groups.

By checking ‘I Agree,’ submitting the form, completing registration, logging into the course platform, joining a student group, or actually participating in any course, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, ‘Bai Yin Qigong’ or ‘the Organization’ refers to the Bai Yin Qigong brand, the organizing entity that actually provides the course or receives payment, authorized Instructors, the authorized administrative team, and cooperating organizations legally or contractually entrusted to provide course services. The actual service provider shall be as stated on the applicable registration page, payment recipient, or course announcement.

1. Purpose of This Agreement

To maintain a positive learning environment for Bai Yin Qigong and to protect the rights and interests of Masters, Instructors, students, staff members, volunteers, course content, the brand, and related interests, all students shall comply with this Agreement.

I understand that Bai Yin Qigong is a complete, systematic, and progressive health cultivation learning system. To prevent the dissemination of incorrect information, learning confusion, deterioration of course quality, infringement of intellectual property rights, disclosure of students’ personal data, or adverse effects on the rights and interests of other students, I agree to comply with the following provisions.

This Agreement applies to all Bai Yin Qigong-related settings in which I participate, including but not limited to:

1. Online and in-person courses.

2. Group practice sessions, revision sessions, skill assessments, assisted practice sessions, lectures, and activities.

3. Course platforms, member areas, live broadcasts, replay recordings, course materials, and e-books.

2. Course Participation Guidelines

I agree that:

1. Those who have not completed registration and payment shall not participate in paid courses, group practice sessions, revision sessions, skill assessments, assisted practice sessions, live broadcasts, replay recordings, or any student-only services.

2. I shall not provide course links, accounts, passwords, course materials, handouts, e-books, live broadcasts, replay recordings, cloud-based resources, or membership content to any person who has not registered, paid, or been authorized.

3. I shall not bring family members or friends to audit, jointly watch, jointly practice, or otherwise allow any unregistered person to participate in the course.

4. I shall not impersonate another person to attend a course, borrow another person’s membership, participate on behalf of another person, or assist others in circumventing the registration and payment procedures.

5. I shall participate only in the courses and learning stage for which I have registered, and shall not advance to higher levels, join courses, groups, group practice sessions, revision sessions, or activities for which I am not qualified.

6. I shall participate in courses in accordance with course announcements, Instructor instructions, and administrative notices, and shall not interfere with the progress of courses, the order of live broadcasts, the rhythm of group practice sessions, or the learning of other students.

7. If I am unable to attend a class, require leave, make-up classes, postponement, or transfer to another class due to personal reasons, I shall follow the current course announcements and the Bai Yin Qigong administrative procedures.

8. My course entitlements, account, enrollment quota, discounts, gifts, or membership benefits shall not be transferred, sold, rented, exchanged, or provided for use by others without the prior written consent of Bai Yin Qigong.

3. Prohibition of Audio Recording, Video Recording, Photography, Screenshots, and Redistribution

I agree that:

1. Without the prior written consent of Bai Yin Qigong, I shall not make audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, photographs, re-photograph materials, or otherwise record any courses, group practice sessions, revision sessions, skill assessments, assisted practice sessions, live broadcasts, online meetings, in-person activities, or student groups.

2. I shall not download, copy, redistribute, repost, publicly play, share, sell, adapt, or provide any course content, teaching materials, videos, audio recordings, handouts, e-books, live broadcasts, replay recordings, group messages, assignment content, or student information.

3. I shall not upload course content, group content, or student information to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, WeChat groups, Telegram, Google Drive, Dropbox, cloud storage, forums, blogs, websites, or any public or private platform.

4. I shall not upload any course videos, audio recordings, transcripts, teaching materials, handouts, group content, or student information of the Organization to any AI tools, cloud platforms, translation tools, transcription tools, editing tools, or third-party systems for summarization, rewriting, training, analysis, reproduction, conversion, publication, or commercial use. This restriction shall not apply where prior written consent has been obtained from the Organization and solely within the necessary scope for my own learning assistance.

5. I shall not use photographs, videos, voices, messages, or conversations of Masters, Instructors, or students for ridicule, criticism, commercial promotion, derivative works, public postings, or any other unauthorized purpose.

6. If my violation results in the unauthorized disclosure of course content, infringement, reputational damage, leakage of personal data, or any other loss, I shall bear the relevant legal liability and responsibility for compensation.

7. Bai Yin Qigong reserves the right, in accordance with the law, to require removal, takedown, cessation of use, compensation for damages, and to pursue legal liability.

4. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and Course Content

I understand and agree that:

1. All course content, technique names, teaching systems, teaching materials, audio-visual materials, music, images, handouts, e-books, live broadcasts, replay recordings, text, tables, community content, brand names, trademarks, slogans, designs, website content, and related materials of Bai Yin Qigong are owned by Bai Yin Qigong or its lawful licensors.

2. The course rights I obtain are limited solely to my personal learning use within the agreed scope and do not constitute the acquisition of any copyright, trademark rights, teaching rights, sublicense rights, public performance rights, adaptation rights, or commercial use rights.

3. Without the formal written authorization of Bai Yin Qigong, I shall not reproduce, adapt, translate, excerpt, compile, publish, sell, license, publicly disseminate, or use any of the above for commercial purposes in any form.

4. Even if I have completed the course, repeated the course, served as a volunteer, or have many years of learning experience, I shall not thereby acquire any unauthorized teaching rights or rights to use the course content.

5. If I violate the provisions relating to intellectual property rights and course content protection, Bai Yin Qigong may pursue liability for infringement, breach of contract, and compensation for damages in accordance with the law.

5. Prohibition of Unauthorized Teaching, Leading Practice, and Correcting Movements

I understand that qigong learning has its own stages, boundaries, safety principles, and lineage system under the Master. Merely having seen, learned, or practiced the techniques does not qualify a person to teach others.

I agree that:

1. Without obtaining the official certification and written authorization of Bai Yin Qigong, I shall not privately or publicly teach, demonstrate, transmit, lead practice of, conduct skill assessments for, conduct revision sessions for, or explain any techniques of the Organization.

2. I shall not teach others in any home, community, company, workshop, live broadcast, video, course, group activity, or any other setting using the name, content, techniques, teaching materials, or teaching system of Bai Yin Qigong.

3. I shall not independently adapt, dismantle, reorganize, rename, package, sell, or combine any techniques related to Bai Yin Qigong.

4. I shall not proactively correct another person’s movements during group practice sessions, revision sessions, student groups, private gatherings, or personal communications, particularly advanced movements, special movements, or movements that I have not yet learned or whose principles and proper scope I do not yet understand.

5. I shall not, under the pretext of ‘sharing experiences,’ ‘helping fellow students,’ ‘my previous Master said so,’ or ‘I have practiced for many years,’ engage in unauthorized teaching, leading practice, correcting movements, or explaining the principles of the techniques.

6. The primary purpose of group practice sessions is stable practice, not teaching techniques, explaining techniques, discussing theoretical principles, correcting movements, or pursuing extraordinary reactions.

7. If my unauthorized teaching, incorrect practice leadership, incorrect correction of movements, or inappropriate sharing causes injury, misunderstanding, health risks, learning confusion, or damage to the rights and interests of Bai Yin Qigong, I shall bear the relevant legal liability and responsibility for compensation.

6. Student Groups and Community Guidelines

I agree that, in LINE groups, WeChat groups, Facebook groups, course platforms, live broadcast comments, group practice sessions, activity venues, private messages, or any student communication space, I shall comply with the following provisions:

5. I shall not discuss politics, religion, offensive topics, hate speech, discriminatory content, adult content, violent content, or topics likely to provoke controversy within the groups.

11. If I receive suspicious messages, private sales promotions, monetary solicitations, therapeutic claims, invitations to other groups, or suspected fraudulent communications, I shall immediately notify official Bai Yin Qigong personnel.

7. Protection of Personal Data, Privacy, and Reputation

I understand and agree that:

1. The names, photographs, contact information, health conditions, learning records, personal stories, family information, conversation content, and any other personally identifiable information provided by students during courses, groups, group practice sessions, consultations, forms, or activities shall be respected and protected.

2. Without the consent of myself or the relevant person concerned, I shall not collect, take screenshots of, save, forward, disclose, process, comment on, or otherwise use another student’s personal information, health information, photographs, videos, voice recordings, testimonials, or conversation records.

3. I shall not use any student’s shared health condition, disease experience, family situation, emotional state, or personal story for public discussion, promotion, criticism, ridicule, commercial promotion, or any purpose other than the original purpose for which it was shared.

4. I shall not disseminate any content that may adversely affect another person’s reputation, credibility, dignity, privacy, or learning rights and interests.

5. If I violate the provisions relating to personal data, privacy, or reputation protection, I shall bear the relevant legal responsibility. Bai Yin Qigong may also take necessary measures in accordance with the law to protect the rights and interests of other students and the Organization.

8. Respect for Masters, Instructors, and the Learning System

I agree that:

1. Respect Master Bai Yin, Master Yin Quan, all teaching Masters, Instructors, volunteers, the administrative team, and all other students.

2. If I have questions regarding courses, health, administration, payment, services, or interpersonal interactions, I shall communicate through the official channels and shall not make emotional criticism, spread complaints, or incite opposition in the groups.

3. I shall not substitute my personal understanding for the professional arrangements of the Masters and Instructors.

4. I shall not require others to follow my own practice experience.

5. I shall not arbitrarily apply explanations given by the Masters for a particular stage, particular family lineage, particular student, or particular circumstance to other students.

6. I shall not independently interpret course content, family lineage content, advanced content, or internal training content that has not yet been officially disclosed by the Masters.

7. I shall not disrupt the learning environment by challenging, comparing, arguing, testing, misinterpreting, or taking statements out of context during courses or in groups.

8. If I have questions regarding course arrangements, I shall communicate them respectfully, rationally, and specifically through the official channels or with an Instructor.

9. Practice and Group Practice Order

I agree that:

1. Group practice sessions are intended primarily for stable practice. I shall not independently teach techniques, explain techniques, expand upon theoretical principles, or correct movements during group practice.

4. I shall not correct another person’s movements during group practice unless I am the designated Instructor on site and such reminders are within my authorized scope.

5. I shall not pursue excessive qi sensations, intense reactions, excessive practice, excessive perspiration, or accelerated heart rate.

6. If I feel physically unwell, I shall immediately stop, rest, and inform the Instructor.

9. During in-person group practice, I shall pay attention to my personal belongings, transportation, weather conditions, ground safety, and order in public places.

10. Guidelines for External Sharing and Testimonials

I understand that students may share their own learning experiences, but shall comply with the following principles:
