In contrast, the FlowQi Neuro Course is a systematic, advanced practice with nine structured methods to deeply regulate qi, blood circulation, Dantian, and brain function.

It focuses particularly on brain nourishment, calming the spirit, and dementia prevention through reverse and forward spirals, internal Dantian rotations, and qi flow elevation and descent.
