Hello everyone, I’m Master Bai Yin.
Congratulations on making it to the final day of our Sanfu Group Practice!
At this moment of completion, I want to emphasize again that these seven days of practice were not just about movement—they were about inheritance.
What you’ve learned is the deep knowledge I’ve gained over 37 years of teaching—techniques and internal methods unique to Bai Yin Qigong that cannot be found elsewhere.
If you weren’t able to participate, that’s truly unfortunate. But even so, if you can understand the core principles of harmonizing with Heaven, Earth, and Humanity, then your at-home practice and health benefits can still be greatly amplified.
Today is the Grand Finale of Our Extraordinary Journey
It is the day we solidify and “seal in” all the progress we’ve made over the past few days.
Cultivating and Storing: The Complete Cycle of Sanfu Wellness
If the entire Sanfu period was about sowing and cultivating,
then today is the time to harvest and store.
Let’s reflect on what we’ve done over these past days:
- We used “EnerQi Dayan Five Elements” to balance the internal organs, especially calming the summer heart fire and liver fire.
- We used “YoungQi Anti-Aging Rejuvenation” to expel hidden cold and dampness, and to warm and open the Du Meridian.
- We practiced “EnerQi Advanced & Turtle Longevity”, nourishing our root energy—the Kidney Yin—in the peak of summer Yang.
- We used the “Sound Healing Therapy & Pigu Cleansing” to cleanse and detox each internal organ precisely.
We’ve cleared the “weeds” from the field of our body (cold, damp, and turbid Qi),
we’ve loosened the soil (unblocked meridians),
we’ve given it ample sunlight (replenished Yang Qi)
and water (nourished Yin fluids).
Now that this internal field is brimming with life,
it’s time to store this rich harvest of energy
in our internal “granary,” ready to sustain us through autumn and winter.
“VitalQi”: The Perfect Union of Rising and Storing Yang Energy
Today’s practice, VitalQi (“Uplifting Yang Practice”),
is perfectly aligned with the core of Sanfu wellness—supporting and uplifting your body’s vital Yang Qi.
But what makes VitalQi truly profound is that it doesn’t only emphasize rising—it also emphasizes balance and containment.
Its flowing, graceful movements represent the harmony of Yin and Yang through cycles of rising and descending, opening and closing.
While practicing today, focus especially on two sensations:
- The Rising Sun Effect:
When you stretch upward and outward, visualize your internal Yang Qi rising slowly like the morning sun—from your dantian (energy center) and the soles of your feet.
It’s warm, bright, and fills every corner of your body with uplifting, positive energy. - The Rivers Returning to the Sea Effect:
When you move downward or inward, visualize all the mobilized Qi and blood in your body—like thousands of gentle streams—flowing steadily back into your lower dantian, your central energy reservoir, where it’s safely and quietly stored.
This form is guiding you through the final and most crucial step—from cultivation to containment.
Seize the Power of Sanfu — You’ve Earned a Full Year of Health Dividends
If you missed Sanfu wellness entirely,
you risk facing Yang deficiency in autumn and winter—
making your body vulnerable to cold invasions and illness.
But today, by completing this final day of practice,
you have essentially built for yourself a strong and stable reservoir of Yang Qi—
a precious gift from Sanfu that will bring:
- Stronger Immunity:
When others are struggling with colds and flus, your abundant Yang Qi will be your best defense against external pathogens. - Lasting Warmth and Vitality:
No more cold hands and feet.
You’ll feel warm and energized all winter long—free from the sluggish fatigue that often comes with the season. - A Peaceful, Joyful Mindset:
When Yang is abundant, the heart and mind are naturally calm.
Even in the bleak seasons, you’ll carry a sunny state of mind within.
These seven days of group practice were just a beautiful beginning.
But true wellness lies in your daily life.
I hope you carry this enthusiasm and the insights you’ve gained into your future—
and continue investing in your health every day.
Now, let us begin today’s final, complete practice of VitalQi,
with gratitude and a heart full of harvest joy!
