Hello everyone, I’m Master Bai Yin.
We’re now on the second-to-last day of our Sanfu Group Practice—hang in there, you’re almost at the finish line!

Even if you’re only hearing this message and didn’t get to join the group sessions, you can still gain a lot—because today, you’ll be learning exclusive Qigong knowledge emphasized in Bai Yin Qigong.
This is the result of 37 years of deep teaching experience, and it’s something you won’t find elsewhere—a method that can help you reap the full benefits of “practising during Sanfu” (the hottest days of summer).

Today’s Focus: The Du Meridian — a Vital Energy Pathway in the Human Body

We’ve already explored Sanfu wellness from many perspectives.
Today, we’ll zoom in on one of the most important energy channels in the body—the Du Meridian—and how to use Sanfu’s seasonal power to warm, nourish, and clear this “Sea of Yang Meridians.”

What is the Du Meridian?

The Du Meridian begins in the lower abdomen, runs up along the center of the spine, passes the back of the head, reaches the crown (Baihui point), then travels down the forehead to the upper lip.

It governs the Yang energy of all the Yang meridians in the body—thus, it’s called the “Sea of Yang Meridians.”

You can think of the Du Meridian as:

  • A giant solar panel:
Our back is the main area that absorbs and transforms Yang energy from nature.
A clear Du Meridian means your internal “solar panel” is working efficiently—powering your life force with steady energy.
  • A central energy highway:
The Du is the main route for Yang energy to ascend, nourish the brain, and warm the internal organs.
If it’s blocked, Yang energy can’t reach where it needs to go—leading to coldness, stagnation, and various chronic issues.

Signs of Weak or Blocked Du Meridian (Yang Deficiency)

Modern issues like:

  • Chronic fatigue and cold intolerance
  • Low energy and brain fog
  • Back pain, neck stiffness, or spinal problems
  • Cold hands and feet
  • Poor memory or cognitive decline

…are all linked to insufficient Yang in the Du Meridian. It’s also a root cause of premature aging in many people today.

The “Dragon Sway Technique” in the YoungQi Rejuvenation:

Activate the Spine, Awaken the Du Meridian

Sanfu is the ideal time to warm and open the Du Meridian.
Nature’s Yang energy is at its peak now—when we practice, it’s like channeling this external power directly into our inner “solar panel.”

Today, we’ll once again practice the YoungQi Anti-Aging & Rejuvenation Method, which features a signature move called “Dragon Sway Technique.

This is a rhythmic, wave-like spinal undulation—like a dragon in motion—designed to stimulate and energize the entire spine.
After 37 years of teaching, I’ve found this to be one of the most effective and safest methods for activating the Du Meridian.

How to Practice the “Dragon Sway Technique” Effectively

Let go of muscular stiffness and joint tension.
Focus your intention fully on the spine, and visualize:

  • Your spine is no longer a rigid column of bones, but a flexible, coiled dragon, full of latent energy.
  • The Yang energy of nature—a golden warm current—enters your body through the Changqiang point at the base of your spine.
  • As your body undulates, this warm current climbs vertebra by vertebra, clearing obstructions, melting cold, dampness, and stagnation.
  • Finally, the powerful Yang energy reaches your Baihui point at the crown of your head—filling your mind with light and clarity.
This is what we call “returning essence to nourish the brain.”

This isn’t just spinal exercise—it’s a sacred energy activation ritual.
With seasonal timing, a time-tested method, and focused intention, your practice will be doubly effective.

Seize the Sanfu Days to Energize Your Life Force

The biggest mistake you can make during Sanfu is exposing your back to cold.
Many people lie on hard floors or let cold air from AC blow directly on their back—this disables your solar panel, letting cold invade and injure the Du Meridian.

Instead, if you seize this moment and use the YoungQi Rejuvenation technique to warm and activate your Du Meridian, you’ll gain:

  • Endless energy: A clear Du Meridian means Yang energy flows freely. You’ll feel recharged, energized from morning to night, with fatigue disappearing.
  • Powerful immunity: Strong Yang Qi reinforces your Wei Qi (defensive energy), making you less prone to illness and more resilient to environmental changes.
  • A younger, stronger you: With open energy pathways, blood and Qi flourish.
You’ll feel more upright, your back stronger, mind sharper, and memory improved—radiating youthful vitality from the inside out.

Every day of our Sanfu online group practice has been carefully designed and deeply meaningful.
Please treasure each opportunity to practice.

Now, let’s activate our body’s solar panel and set the energy of life into motion!
