8. Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
A. HarmonyQi Stress Relief Technique Course
I understand and agree that Bai Yin Qigong provides a Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for the HarmonyQi Stress Relief Technique Course. This guarantee applies only where all eligibility requirements are satisfied and does not constitute an unconditional refund policy or a guarantee of medical outcomes.
A-1. Eligibility Requirements
1. I must complete the prescribed learning programme after enrolling in the Course.
2. I must attend the Course, view the required learning materials, and complete the designated practice requirements.
3. Whenever I encounter learning difficulties, I must promptly seek assistance from an authorised Instructor and reasonably follow the coaching, movement corrections, and learning recommendations provided.

It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or any guarantee of curing disease. Therefore, the continued existence of any illness or medical condition, including insomnia, chronic disease, pain, hypertension, diabetes, or other clinical indicators that fail to reach medical targets, does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund under this Guarantee.
8. Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
B. First Advancement System Course
I understand and agree that the Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for the First Advancement System Course applies only to the first System Course that I enrol in after successfully completing the HarmonyQi Stress Relief Technique Course.

6. My application is submitted outside the prescribed period or without the required supporting records.
B-5. Medical Disclaimer
The First Advancement System Course is a wellness and health promotion programme. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or any guarantee of curing disease. 5. Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method or another payment method designated by Bai Yin Qigong, subject to the processing arrangements of the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
6. Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater rights, those statutory rights shall prevail.
9. Course Changes, Postponement, Cancellation, and Transfer
I understand and agree that Bai Yin Qigong may, where reasonably necessary, postpone, reschedule, relocate, change the method of delivery, appoint a substitute Instructor, or otherwise adjust a Course because of force majeure, government requirements, venue availability, technical issues, illness of an Instructor, public health events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, Bai Yin Qigong will notify me in advance and arrange make-up classes, alternative learning arrangements, or other appropriate measures.
Course enrolments, membership rights, Course accounts, and learning access are personal to me and may not be transferred without the prior approval of Bai Yin Qigong.
General rules on refunds, postponement, retention of enrolment, transfer between classes, or make-up sessions for each Course are governed by the applicable registration page, Course announcements, or applicable local law. Where this Agreement differs from mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law shall prevail.
10. Violation of the Agreement and Termination of Membership
If I materially breach this Agreement, Bai Yin Qigong may suspend my Course access, remove me from official communication groups, terminate my membership, or pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable law.
If any of the following occurs, Bai Yin Qigong may, depending on the circumstances, issue a warning, restrict my ability to post, remove me from communication groups, suspend services, cancel my participation, terminate my membership rights, or pursue legal remedies:
1. Participating in paid Courses without having paid, or allowing a person who has not paid to learn alongside me.

4. Conducting direct sales, solicitation, recruitment, or promotion of unrelated products or services within Participant groups.
5. Defaming, disparaging, insulting, threatening, or harassing Masters, Instructors, staff members, or other Participants.
6. Spreading false information, medical rumours, alarmist health claims, or unverified claims of therapeutic effect.
7. Infringing the personal data, image rights, privacy, or learning rights of others.
8. Disrupting Course order, interfering with group practice, inciting conflict, or causing distress to other Participants.
9. Failing to honestly disclose a significant health risk in a way that affects Course safety or the rights of others.
10. Any other conduct that breaches this Agreement, the Participant Code of Conduct, Course announcements, or applicable law.
I remain responsible for any loss or damage arising from my breach.
11. Participation by Minors
Courses are, in principle, intended for adult Participants. Where a Participant has not yet reached the age of legal majority under applicable local law, the prior consent of Bai Yin Qigong is required, and a parent or legal guardian must read and agree to this Agreement, before the Participant may register for or participate in the Course.
Having given consent, the parent or legal guardian shall help the Participant understand the nature of the Course, health responsibilities, learning requirements, the use of personal information, the use of images and activity records, and the refund provisions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement applies to Bai Yin Qigong Participants in different countries and regions.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.
To the extent not inconsistent with mandatory local law:
1. Where a Course is provided by the organising entity in Taiwan, this Agreement shall, in principle, be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance.
2. Where a Course is provided by a local organising entity in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, or another region, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the applicable local registration page, the entity receiving payment, the service provider, and applicable local law.
3. Where local mandatory law relating to consumer protection, personal data protection, electronic transactions, health services, advertising, or other matters provides otherwise, Bai Yin Qigong will comply with the applicable law.
4. None of the foregoing affects any mandatory statutory rights enjoyed by the Participant.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to mandatory local law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable, and the affected provision shall be adjusted, to the extent permitted by law, to the version closest to its original purpose that remains enforceable.
13. Electronic Consent and Confirmation
By registering for a Course, submitting an application, making payment, accessing the learning platform, selecting “I Agree”, or participating in any Course or related activity, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.
14. Final Declaration
By beginning the Course, I confirm that I agree to all of the following:

☐ I understand that I may request access to, correction of, cessation of use of, or withdrawal of consent to my information in accordance with applicable law; however, withdrawing consent to information necessary for Course services may affect my Course participation and related services.

☐ I understand the conditions applicable to the Conditional Money-Back Guarantee. I understand that participation in an advancement Course requires completion of the 100-day Foundation Practice check-in as a necessary part of self-directed health management and of qualifying for the related coaching and refund benefits, and I agree that this is neither a guarantee of medical results nor an unconditional refund commitment.
☐ I agree that Bai Yin Qigong may use my identifiable photographs, video, audio recordings, name, comments, or testimonials on the Bai Yin website, Course communication groups, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and other related promotional media. I understand this consent is optional and that declining it will not affect my right to participate in general Courses. I may contact the association’s administration to withdraw this authorisation.
