Pre-Class Testing:

1. You will receive an email from '[email protected]' titled "[BYQG] HQ2605 HarmonyQi - July 16 Testing, July 18 & 19 Class" on 28th May 2026 (Thursday) by 12:00pm (GMT+8).
2. All communication by Instructor Yvonne and the service team will be in English.
3. Please download the Zoom App at www.baiyinqigong.com/zoom to attend the Online Class if you have not done so.
4. If you need help or assistance, please direct your questions to your HarmonyQi WhatsApp group. Your respective HarmonyQi Care Angels will be in contact with you.
5. Reminder to view the HarmonyQi [Essential Foundations] 15 videos. This will enhance the effects of the learning.

6. Please have your breakfast or a light meal at least 30 minutes before the Class commences.
7. Prior to Class, please prepare warm water, a towel, a notebook and pen. Wear loose sports attire and sports shoes (even though you are indoors).
8. Please prepare a stool (chair without a backrest) within easy reach for use as and when needed.
9. For better viewing, you may connect your phone to a TV or log in using a computer.
10. All students must have their camera on during the live class. It is each student's responsibility to ensure their camera is working. This allows Instructor Yvonne to observe movements and ensure that the techniques are practiced correctly and safely.
    * Camera view must clearly show your full body (including arms, legs, hands, and feet) as much as possible.
    * Do not use virtual backgrounds (including blurred backgrounds), as these may cause visual interruptions under low lighting.
11. Family members or friends, including those who have learned HarmonyQi, should not practice along or watch the class with the registered student. This ensures a focused learning environment and protects the integrity of the training for registered students.
12. Caution:
    Recording (audio or visual), screenshots, or any form of duplication of class proceedings is strictly prohibited. Any live broadcast or reproduction of Bai Yin Qigong content is not permitted. All exercises, techniques, and course materials are protected by trademarks and intellectual property rights. This policy ensures that the training content remains accurate and is practiced only under proper instruction. Legal responsibility may be pursued for any violation of these rights.
