High Blood Pressure at 34, Breast Cancer in Her Prime: How Two Professionals Reclaimed Their Health

Blood Pressure Crisis: When Success Comes at a Price

Xuerong was thriving as a senior executive at a multinational company when her body sent an unmistakable warning. At just 34, shortly after giving birth to her second child, she was diagnosed with hereditary high blood pressure.

“My blood pressure gradually rose from 130,” she recalls. “One day when I measured it at home, it hit 180. I was terrified and immediately took a taxi to the hospital.”

At the hospital, her blood pressure had surged to 198. She was admitted immediately and began antihypertensive medication.

“My left arm could only be raised to chest level—no higher,” she explains. “Even reaching for a parking ticket became difficult.”

“He was dressed entirely in white, with very radiant skin,” she remembers. “In that slightly dim room, he looked like someone who was glowing.”

Given her family medical history, Xiuling chose aggressive treatment, including removal of all potentially affected lymph nodes.


Finding a Different Path

During the pandemic, while recovering and searching for ways to rebuild her health, Xiuling discovered Bai Yin Qigong. She embraced it wholeheartedly.

“At the beginning, I practiced the HarmonyQi Stress Relief Technique three to five times a day,” she shares. “After practicing, I noticed the swelling in my right arm decreased, and both arms became the same length.”

But the physical improvements weren’t what moved her most.

“What surprised me even more,” she says, “was that I was finally able to smile sincerely again.”
