Meng Fang describes herself as naturally impatient. Previously, no matter what task she tackled, she wanted to finish it immediately—even her speech was rapid-fire.
When she first started LotusQi classes, she found the experience almost unbearable because every movement was deliberately slow. However, she faithfully followed along, and something magical happened: the slow, meditative rhythm of LotusQi, paired with its peaceful music, unexpectedly melted away her impatient temperament and brought profound inner peace.
Vocal Healing Through Practice
Due to her extensive volunteer work promoting emotional education to elementary school students, Meng Fang frequently had to speak and give lectures. After each teaching session, her voice would become painfully hoarse. She often relied on throat lozenges before speaking just to produce sound.
However, after practicing HarmonyQi and LotusQi, her voice problems improved dramatically.

“This was actually an old problem from my student days,” Meng explained. “I hadn’t expected it to resurface through qigong practice, and I was worried that practice was making things worse.”
But when she expressed concern, Master simply said:
“Just keep practicing!”
So she continued faithfully.
After learning EnerQi Dayan and Turtle Longevity Techniques, her hoarseness disappeared entirely, and her breathing difficulties significantly improved. She now understands these symptoms were stress-related reactions that needed to work through her system as part of her healing journey.
