Emotions: Another Form of Energy

In today’s fast-paced world, our hearts and minds endure unprecedented stress—whether from the lingering impact of the pandemic, the challenges of the AI era, or the concerns of an aging society. As explored in the Bio-Alignment Technique course, many people view emotions as burdens, believing that joy, anger, worry, thought, sadness, fear, and shock only bring distress.

During today’s practice, I focused on releasing anger. As I inhaled white light and exhaled green energy, I felt the tightness in my chest gradually ease. By the end, my frustration about this morning’s misunderstanding felt distant, and I could view it more rationally. Grateful for the peace this practice brings!
